Select the patient
Choose an existing patient profile or add the person who will receive the service. Review their details.
Review and confirm
Check the bill summary, any applicable coupon and the required payment or confirmation steps.
View appointment details
Check the confirmation and assigned nurse information when available. Use the booking details for available rescheduling, cancellation and invoice options.
Once assigned, the nurse uses a separate service workflow for the home visit and completion. Contact support if an appointment detail is unclear.
